casts his line in perfect serenity
i love how half of this is water, and the other half is sand (: makes for a striking symmetry of opposites

@badala: Thanks badala! Have a good weekend.
Nice image... the way it's cut in half, I agree, is eyecatching. Feels really peaceful.

@Evie: Thanks - the fisherman is maybe too small but I liked his peaceful place on the day!
Love the border between the sea and sand - beautiful!

@red queen: Ah thanks for noticing rq! It was the to be the focus of the shot. I agree something about the paleness of that line attracted me. :)) The fisherman was a bonus.
Clever composition, Bron. Missed the fisherman at first glance but found him soon after :)

@shahab: I'm really please that you like it - it's a shot that grows on you I think.. :))
My goodness. Composition is amazing. The shoreline is a venerable road, and your eye is lead through this one as if it were leashed. Excellent work!

@Tommy: Glad you like this one - I think it's a keeper - sort of slow to appeal but I keep liking it more myself!
I really like this shot. The overall view, great colors, textures and patterns. What attracted me most of all and makes me curious about the water line against the sand. Possibly a photoshop thing? I like it. The effect is like the water running downward rather than up onto the sand.

Thanks for your very positive, encouraging comment Barbara. I took the photo because of the very line you like! Well spotted. The only pp was dodge/burn around the line, the tree tops and the fisherman to emphasise them. The rest is natural! (or is that history?) :))
