Soph from Enghien, BelgiumGreat photo!! I love that concept! Very romantic and paradiasiac! Thank you for helping me on Friday!!! 8 Aug 2007 5:21am @Soph: Thanks Soph - a pleasure - I've had fun working Friday's image this morning. very enjoyable with surprising results - thanks for the challenge. How many people are involved? tyan from Singaporewow very nice bron! How did you do that?sorry i am a processing/photography idiot..any processing done here? And those clouds behind..so majestic!:) 8 Aug 2007 6:37am @tyan: Hi tyan no the only processing was adjusting brightness and contrast. The rest is real! The clouds are lovely aren't they - it was a top day! ColNed Pictures from Amersfoort, NetherlandsVery nice shot, the PoV and the composition work real good together in this shot... 8 Aug 2007 7:17am @ColNed Pictures: Thanks for your kind comment ColNed Cheers Bron juant3 from Bremen, GermanyVery creative shot! It really looks like it was a "great day"! 8 Aug 2007 10:58am @juant3: Thanks juant3 - yes, I was on holidays, on a deserted beach on a balmy tropical day! Perfect. :)) @Lorraine: You're right Lorraine - it'd be rather nice to live there! mmm.... Rebecca from Leicester, United Kingdomwow, this is a truly masterly shot, bron!...certainly holiday heaven for me too! 8 Aug 2007 3:50pm @Rebecca: Come on down under Rebecca - a wander around our shores is a mighty nice walk!! Lorraine from CanadaBreathtaking beauty...this is strange, I'm sure I've left a message already or maybe I was too stunned and didn't notice LOL 8 Aug 2007 3:59pm @Lorraine: Good morning Lorraine - believe me I LOVE getting 2 messages from you LOL!!! :D Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesIs it just my eyes, or are some of those footprints 1) different shoes and 2) distended, not impressed in the sand? Hmm, some photoshopping going on here maybe? Still, a most wonderful image, Bron. I like. 8 Aug 2007 4:38pm @Viewfinder: Hi Viewfinder - no not a thing was done to the footprints - I promise! They are exactly as taken. Two of us (one in patterned shoes one in plainer) strolled along, I turned and took the shot. I think it's an optical illusion. I noticed it myself as if some are convex not concave? A trick not of my PS but of the angle of the light LOL cheers! Amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaWish my winters were half as pleasant!! Wonderful concept (again) and well excecuted. Wonderful image, Bron!! 8 Aug 2007 5:18pm @Amy: Winter's the only time I go to the beaches - they're usually pleasantly warm rather than hot and they're often deserted!! So I can pretend to be Robinson Crusoe only without having to find my own coconut trees for dinner haha! Thanks again for visiting Amy! Markus from Reading, United KingdomWow, such great strides for two pairs of feet! :-) 8 Aug 2007 5:20pm @Markus: A small step for man (and woman) a giant step for (wo)mankind LOL!! Hi Markus - have a nice morning! @MaryB: Thanks MaryB you're most kind!! :) Rahul from Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaFantastic shot bro, very well done here. Tommy from St. Leonard, United StatesGreat texture in this shot! Color is spot on too. I wish I could shoot at 7mm, such breathtaking landscapes. 8 Aug 2007 10:34pm @Tommy: Thanks Tommy - I'm delighted that you like it! Why can't you shoot at 7mm? @Nigel: Thanks for your kind comment Nigel!! :) @Daniel: Thanks for the tip Daniel - I'll try it!:) bronzebilly u.k. from cardiff, United Kingdomhey Bron--excellent composition and great concept--luvs it!!--billy 10 Aug 2007 11:09am @bronzebilly u.k.: Cool billy!!
