Here's my dear older son Toby - a very keen percussionist. He and Sam are in a band together which tours each year :)
I've just looked at the camera this was taken with and realised I didn't take it! I've taken so many of Toby and got this one from the archives but it was taken by a friend Nick!! I'll give him all your positive feed back! Thanks on his behalf blushingbron!!
Wow, he looks very intense and into his music. What band is it? I'd like to check it out. :)

@e.: The band is Dahahoo e - sort of ska dance music, I think they're on myspace :) Both boys are in it Sam's also in Mr Fibby and The Ellis Collective cheers Bron
Cool shot, an intense and action filled shot, you can see those cymbals bashed and almost hear the sound of the drums.

Nice shot even though the people in drum sets are the most difficult musicians to photograph. I really like the movement.

A great available light shot. The long shutterspeed underline the action in this photo. My daughter is singing in a band and i can fell how proud you must be of your son.

hey Bron I can feel the rhythm on this shot!!--I was a drummer in a band called"The Memphis Sect" in the late 60's to early 70's and had a great few years--we were only part-time and got to no.130,037 in the charts then.. I finished my illustrious career playing in a Jazz trio on Fri. nights in a local club but I still tap out the beat on any handy surface,when the mood takes me--once it's in you blood you can't help yourself cheers--billy
