Happy Mothers' Day!

My mum is 87 this month. She's a poet, a teacher, a writer and she publishes a book of poetry each year from the group she leads.
She has run a photographic business and worked as a dental assistant for Dr George Dent, and as a Clerk in the electoral office.
In World War 2 she was called up to work as a clerk in a small arms factory
She has run book and gift shops with both her mother and her daughter and has worked to get jobs for unemployed women. She nursed my father who had a stroke for 27 years!
She has 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. You might remember her from 5 years ago http://bron.aminus3.com/image/2007-12-18.html
Ask her anything about literary fiction, politics or cryptic crosswords and she'll know the answer.
